6 months from now...

On or around 10 January 2006, John and I plan to welcome a new member to our family. For the time being, we're calling him or her Gilhooly - to carry on a Chisholm family tradition [Was Zach the first to be called Gilhooly?]. We saw our first image of Gilhooly today via ultrasound and he or she is already on the move - using my innards as a trampoline (although I can't feel it yet). Gilhooly is currently 5cm long (head to rump) and would hardly sit still long enough for a photo. [we'll have to take the ultrasound image to kinko's to scan it - taking a digital photo is too blurry]

So - that's the news! Our next doctor's appointment is in 4 weeks and from here on out we'll keep track of Gilhooly's adventure right here.
